The Activities Unlimited self catering holiday lodge at Fritton is modern, spacious and has been designed following consultation with disabled young people and their families.

What is the lodge?

The Activities Unlimited holiday lodge, situated at Fritton Lake, is available for families of children with SEND in Suffolk to book as a short break.

What accessibility features are available at the lodge?

  • Wheelchair access
  • Charging point for an electric wheelchair
  • An all terrain buggy
  • Robin ceiling track hoist from one bedroom to en-suite shower room
  • Folding mobile hoist
  • Bedroom with profile bed (which includes bedsides with padded cover),
  • Level access shower with fold down wall seat and grab rails,
  • WC with grab rails and a mobile changing stretcher
  • Disabled parking 

Other features include

  • Flat screen TV complete with games console with age-appropriate games
  • Fully equipped kitchen, including a cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher
  • Safety features throughout including gate to the kitchen area, low surface temperature cooking hob, low surface temperature radiators.
The Activities Unlimited Short Breaks Lodge open plan living room with leather sofas, dining table and flat screen TV.
A modern, spacious living space complete with all the necessary accessibility features to enable you to have a stress-free short break.
