Wellbeing Suffolk provide a range of support for young people over 16 with mental health and emotional issues, such as low mood, depression or stress.
The services they provide include:
- One-to-one support
- Online Workshops
- Self-help advice, helping you find other support for issues affecting your wellbeing such as debt, housing, employment
- Relationship counselling for couples, individuals and families
- & more
You can self-refer for individual support from the Wellbeing Suffolk website or by calling on 0300 123 1503 (lines open 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday). You do not need a diagnosis to access support.
CFYP Wellbeing Under 18’s Service
The CFYP Wellbeing Under 18’s Service (5 – 18-year-olds) works with children, young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
Offering support to children and young people who may need help with:
- Feeling Down
- Feeling Anxious
- Fears and Worries
- Sleeping Better
If you are 18 or under, you can talk to your GP, school, social worker or school nurse who can support you to be referred. Young people aged between 16 - 18 can self-refer online by visiting the Wellbeing Suffolk website.
