If you are an adult and you have a disability or health condition which impacts your ability to perform everyday tasks, Suffolk County Council may be able to offer you support to develop your existing strengths and support. Community support

Support for adult carers
Adult and Community Services provide a range of support for carers, including Carers Assessments, advice on financial support, emergency plans and more.
Suffolk Family Carers
Suffolk Family Carers provide a range of support, including groups and events, training and workshops and advice and support.
Parent Carer Needs Assessments
Parent Carers of young people with SEND aged 0-25 may also benefit from a Parent Carer Needs Assessment or PCNA, which is a chance to discuss the impact your caring role has on you and may open doors to further support. Find out more about PCNAs here.
